Cancellation & Refund Policy

RATNANJALI TECHX PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Subscription Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of placing the order or subscribing to a plan. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the subscription has been activated and services have been provisioned or utilized.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that time.
Service Issues & Quality Concerns
In case of receipt of damaged or defective services, or if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 3-5 days of the issue occurring. The request will be entertained once our technical team has checked and determined the issue at their end.
In case you feel that the service received is not as described on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3-5 days of subscribing to the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Processing
In case of any refunds approved by RATNANJALI TECHX PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Please note that refunds are subject to verification and may be denied if the cancellation request does not meet our policy criteria or if there is evidence of misuse of the service.
